Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT is an evidence based psychological therapy that explores the relationship between our thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and behaviours. It can help us understand the patterns that maybe contributing to current difficulties and develop practical ways of making meaningful change.
At MODUS, I offer CBT as a therapist in Sheffield, with therapy tailored to the individual. Therapy begins by developing a shared understanding of what you are experiencing, what may have contributed to it, and what might be keeping the difficulties going, rather than taking a one size fits all approach
What CBT Can Help With
Anxiety & Worry
Including panic, health anxiety, social anxiety and persistent worry.

OCD & Related Difficulties
Evidence based CBT tailored to obsessive thoughts, compulsions and avoidance.
Depression & Low Mood
